RENEE RICHARDSON KLING

As the most senior partner of the next generation of The Richardson Group, Renee has been actively involved in real estate for the last ten years. She has been with the firm for seven years and a licensed real estate broker for five years. A graduate of Riverview High School in Sarasota, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies at Florida Southern University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Sarasota and a past board member of the Junior League of Sarasota. Renee has extensive experience in development, sales, leasing and management in commercial and industrial real estate. Her development projects include Northgate Industrial Center, where she supervised construction of numerous industrial buildings. Currently she is supervising the construction of 23,000 sq. ft. flex space, and management of an additional 20,000 sq. ft. at Sunshine Sarasota Industrial Park.
