  • SCIBC CHI/LAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.  Part of the South parcel of SCIBC DRI consisting of approximately 10.13 acres.
  • SCIBC NORTH LAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.  Part of the North parcel of SCIBC DRI consisting of approximately 15.98 acres.
  • SCP CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.  Located within the North parcel of SCIBC DRI consisting of three buildings measuring a total of 82,250 square feet of light industrial units.  The addresses of the buildings are 740, 752 and 756 Commerce Dr. in Venice.
  • SARASOTA BUSINESS CENTER II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.  Located at 6321 Porter Road in Sarasota, FL, consisting of over 100,000 square feet of light industrial units.
  • SCP 2 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.  Located at 771, 779, 787 and 795 Commerce Drive in Venice, within the North parcel of SCIBC DRI consisting of approximately 10.43 acres and housing approximately 150,000 square feet of light industrial units.

  • U TOTE M OF WEST FLORIDA, INC.  Located at 4417-4419 and 4609 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota, FL.  4417-4419 Bee Ridge has two tenants (Nationwide Insurance & Classic Printing) in a building measuring 2,400 square feet.  4609 Bee Ridge is a single tenant (Dr. Martin) building measuring 3,600 square feet.
  • 1530 DOLPHIN STREET- A/K/A BARTENSCHLAGER HOLDINGS, LLLP.  A retail building located at the intersection of Dolphin Street and Orange Avenue in downtown Sarasota, FL.  The building measures approximately 10,000 square feet with five retail tenants.  Available units measure 775 square feet.
