LEGACY

We proudly follow in the footsteps of our father and firm founder Bob Richardson, a philanthropic community leader dedicated to children, education and the environment. Richardson formed Richardson Realty in 1972, which quickly established itself as a company of integrity and vision. Bill Kleiber and Jim Walter later joined the company, forming Richardson Kleiber Walter. The Partnership expanded services to South Sarasota County and became a county-wide leader in commercial and industrial sales and leasing, property management, and development.

Richardson Kleiber Walter The Richardson Group, LLC, now comprised of Bob’s sons and daughters, represents the next generation, carrying on Bob’s rich legacy of excellence in commercial and industrial real estate and philanthropy in Southwest Florida.
